The position will serve as 1st point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance with hardware and software on PC’s, wireless scanners, printers and any other network attached devices.  Provide support for telephones, voicemail, fax systems and other network resources including cable infrastructures, servers, switches, routers and security systems.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Highly self-motivated and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and an attitude of conformance
  • Skills/knowledge with the following;
    • TCP/IP
    • PC hardware and software
    • Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
    • Microsoft Office Suite Products
    • Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, 2019
    • LAN, WAN, WLAN networks, switching, DHCP, and DNS
    • Mobile devices; iPad, iPhone, Android, IOS
    • Virtualization Platforms (VMWare)

The most qualified candidate would have a BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
